Boating update March 14, 2019: Due to very low water levels, and remaining ice, we will not be opening Bear Creek Reservoir to boating at this time. As the lake opens we will allow hand launched boats and we will open the ramp as soon as conditions improve. For any hand launched boats on the reservoir or Big Soda Lake, please remember that an Aquatic Nuisance Species inspection is required prior to launching for any boats that are not exempt per the State of Colorado.
